Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange for your GlowFix Beauty skincare tools and patches.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in the original packaging with all components included.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of our goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety and product nature:
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Intimate or sanitary beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- All GlowFix Beauty personal care tools/patches that have been opened or used (hygiene requirement)
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email, order number from GlowFix Beauty). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer—all returns must be sent to our designated address.
Partial Refund Situations
Only partial refunds are granted in the following cases:
- Any GlowFix Beauty item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts (for reasons not due to our shipping/quality error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing
Once your returned GlowFix Beauty item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of receipt. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refund processing times vary by payment provider—please allow the standard processing window for your bank/credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank/credit card account statement (refunds may not post immediately)
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common for beauty product refunds)
- Contact your bank (confirm no additional processing holds)
If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact GlowFix Beauty customer service at our email address with your order number and return proof.
Sale Items
Only regular priced GlowFix Beauty skincare tools and patches may be refunded or returned. All sale, discounted or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
We only replace GlowFix Beauty items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect (wrong product/quantity) upon delivery. For exchanges of the same item, please send us an email at our email address with your order number and photos of the defective/damaged product first, then ship the item to our designated address: our physical return address.
Gift Returns
If the GlowFix Beauty item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a GlowFix Beauty gift credit for the full value of the returned item. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to your provided address.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first:
- We will process the full refund to the gift giver’s original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified of the return via email.
Return Shipping
To return your GlowFix Beauty product, ship the item to our designated address: [your physical return address].
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable—if your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For high-value GlowFix Beauty items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GlowFix Beauty does not guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked or insured.
